I advise professional trustees and trustees of charitable trusts, as well as acting for beneficiaries and trustees of family trusts.
My work regularly encompasses advising on the application of the new Trusts Act 2019, the interpretation of trust documents, advising on the appointment and removal of trustees or beneficiaries, actions for breaches of trust and fiduciary duty, and seeking directions from the High Court.
